Ng batteries series parallel bms

I have 4 200ah lithium NG batteries wired in series parallel for 24v system. How do I correctly setup BMS for -Number of batteries-Number in series-Number in parallel?

I think it should be 4 batteries, 2 series, 2 parallel… Thats not how my tech identified them.

What BMS do you have?
As far as I know the BMS should detect that itself.

Check that the battery communication cables have all been connected together properly in one loop from the BMS, through all batteries and back to the BMS.

Secondly, I wonder if the system was started up with only 2 batteries, then the other 2 connected. It might be worth trying a reset to default in VictronConnect to initiate another auto detect.

The communication cables are in one loop and all batteries installed at same time. I will reset to default.

Closing the loop. I reset the BMS to default with no change. Disconnected the communication cables and started over. I must have had a cable incorrectly routed. All works, now displaying. 4 batteries 2 series, 2 parallel, 400Ah.
