Same result except can’t access menu.

I bought a cheap kids tablet running android 10 but when i do a factory reset, it reboots back to the original wall paper screen with all apps and icons, not to the “hello” screen, and tapping 6 times does nothing. Any suggestions? Also would an Amazon fire tablet work?

Most probable cause is that the tablet not be compatible with the QR method. In the list of found Venus devices, do all of them have a serial number? Are there any duplicate serial numbers? Does this only happen when connecting to that specific Cerbo GX?

I just updated to V6 and this still seems to be happening.
