New Cerbo GX Mk2 asking for password

Hello,

New Cerbo GX MK2. Connected to Bluetooth, set up with local Wifi when asked. So far fine. I do not have a touch screen.

Afterwards, when I connect and open remote console, it shows “GX Device Login” and asks for a GX password.

I never set any password; does this mean its most likely a returned item and the previous owner set that up? I understand I can factory reset but if this is used I am inclined to return it to Amazon.

It should be the same as the Bluetooth PIN
