Negative AC Out reading when charging MP2

The problem I see is this when I set the Min SOC to a value over the actual SOC, so the MP2 changes to Charger. In this picture, it was charging the battery at a bout 100A and 54V.

This is how it looks when discharging, battery shows a pretty close discharge power.

AC_In has the Grid on it, and all the loads are in AC_out 1.

I have DYNESS L batteries.

What can make the AC_out to show negative values and AC_In to show less than what it is actually consuming when charging the battery?

What model of grid meter do you have? Is the polarity of the grid meter correct? This can be swapped by the grid meter wiring.

I just have the CT. The contracted installed it right in the connexion AC_In. I asked why and they say it is something victron asked them to do. I don’t really understand why do that instead of just using the internal one.

My guess is the CT is not well installed or interfered so it is reading less than the actual, so the systems thinks it is taking the difference from AC_Out.

I just fixed it!

The problem was the CT was connected inside the victron casing. I would think there is a lot of stuff going on there and the CT readings where lower than actual, so the calculation was inferring something like:

I’m consuming 5KW, but AC IN only read 1.8KW, then it must be coming from AC_Out so it shows that as “ingesting” from AC_out.

It was installed here:

And now I moved it here:

And this solved the problem!
