Wrong readings for battery discharge power

Good day,

I have a 48/10000 installed by a professional here in Spain. From one day to the next the readings are incorrect w/o me knowing of any change. My dealer also has no idea about this.

This morning for example I have 20W from solar (almost no sun so far → ok), I have 50W from grid fluctuating (that’s ok), SoC is 70% (is plausible), AC load is 3kW (I switched on a heater so that is pretty much what I expect). BUT the battery discharge is being display like 500W where I would expect the 3kW plus some overhead. Seems a little as if the whole AC load is missing from the battery load readings.

Anybody any idea on that one? I’d highly appreciate any responds. Thank you!
Thorsten

I have to add that I just recently asked my dealer to do a maintenance (when I was abroad). He came to my house and checked all stuff, I know that he turned all down and so. My problems started right after this maintenance. It might be very well indeed an unintended configuration issue that went undetected/not understood. Just saying… (beside the wrong readings all seems to work well!)

As the sun comes out now it’s shifting.

20 minutes ago:

PV: 5W
Grid: 3W
AC load: 2941W
Battery: -493W

Now (constant load):

PV: 993W
Grid: 15W
AC load: 2915W
Battery: -246W

New profile, new erratic readings:

Sun is out, washing machine started.
PV: 2553W
Grid: -11W
AC load: 2791W
Battery: -74W

Where’s that delta coming from? Given the ESS settings and SoC I’d assume it’s from the battery. Again: Battery reading seems wrong. Was ok for years… I should ask my dealer if he updated software when doing that maintenance.

BTW: DYNESS B3s attached here.
