Need help configuring voltages and confirming setup

My current setup is 2 200w flexible solar panels wired in parallel into an MPPT 100-20. I have a SmartShunt 300A telling my Venus OS (Raspberry Pi 4B) my battery level. Battery is a Renogy LifePo4 100Ah. Average 60w of load. My MPPT settings are below. Am I set up correctly?

If there is any other info you need to help me effectively, I can most likely get it to you.

My issue is that my BMS is not accurately showing the level of charge the battery is in. It is convinced it’s at 53 percent after using 47Ah, but the battery shut down its outputs when my BMS showed 53%. Chances are, the battery was actually only charged to 50% in the first place. I can’t figure out where I’m going wrong.

All my positive leads go directly to the battery. My negatives go thru the BMS and that’s how I’m tracking wattage. Should I be using the outputs on the MPPT instead?

Your settings look OK. What about your SmartShunt settings, you may have seen 100% prematurely before the battery was full. Charge the battery until yhe voltage is 14.4V and the current is below 2A at the same time.

Make sure all your negative cables are connected to the load side of the shunt.
