Multiplus II randomly turns off

Hello,

I have recently installed a Multiplus II 5000.

Every few hours it shuts it’s self off. No lights on the inverter, no alarms, no warnings, no notifications. On the GX or on VRM.

The rocker switch does nothing, the only way I can get it to turn back on is go on the GX touch, go into the inverter from the device list and turn it back on via the menu.

I’ve installed over 40 Multiplus’ but I am at a loss with this. What am I missing?

try a firmware upgrade on both inverter and GX device?
