Have you tried resetting the current sensor port as described above?
I do not have a schematic of this installation. I have put that on my list to ask from the installer. I will be returning the RV to him for service next month. In the interim I have been trying to get a grasp of expected behavior and what to ask for. Thanks for the help.
I personally do not have the ability to access the current sensor, but I have made a note to check this with a helperās assistance, thanks.
Iāve done a search in this forum and didnāt find results. The first photo above shows that the red box on my Cerbo Display shows 0W for all connected power sources other than 50A. Can anyone tell me if this is normal behavior or does this aspect alone suggest something is not connected or configured correctly? Thanks.
Followup: I received a suggestion that currently the Cerbo GX Shore tile is tied to a split-phase external meter configuration, leading to ā0 Wā display on single-phase inputs, which is what was confusing me. It seems it could be configured to use VE.Bus (MultiPlus AC input) as the measurement source for more intuitive reporting across all input types.
In summary, it is no surprise that user error is at play. My system seems to be operating largely as designed. The inability for my MultiPlus to charge from the Ford Pro Power outlet seems to be a broader hardware compatibility issue, not local to my installation- and I have abandoned that plan for DC-to-DC charging in the future. The remaining problem is harnessing the full power from my Onan generator for simultaneous charging and house loads and thatās where Iāll direct my installerās attention.
I have a lot to learn and Iām looking forward to improving my understanding. Meanwhile, Iām grateful to this community and thank you for your help.
