Multiplus-II GX 48/5000/70-50 + pylontech and solaredge

Hello, my system has 1*MultiPlus-II GX 48/5000/70-50, 3us5000 Pylontech, Victron current meter and 1*SolarEdge PV inverter 1phase connected via Modbus TCP.

The PV inverter is connected on AC IN, Ac coupled.

My house is total connected on AC Out1.

If I switch off the MultiPlus the house Is off and the PV system Is on (it’s ok).

ESS Is Active and funcionally.

All Is ok and perfect.

The problem Is the data on VRM:

MultiPlus dashboard is showing a calculated grid value and AC load Is zero.

For example: PV production 3000W, 100% soc, 1000W for house, feed in -2000. In this situation the system show -2000-3000=-5000W

All sensors reading the correct electrical values.

In GX settings, PV inverter, if I select ACout position for the inverter the calculation Is ok…but the PV inverter Is connected on ACin.

If it is calculated this is the issue, it can’t know what loads are before the inverter.

Do you have a separate grid meter? That would be the solution.

The ess manual shows a grid meter in design when the pv inverter is on the input

Thanks. I use original external Victron current sense for ESS function. On VE.connect the flag on external current sense is tick.
