Is there a way to set a delay time (or a slow ramp rate) for the charger to start after input power is sensed?
I need to be able to give my generator time to warm up before the charger goes whole hog on charging.
I have a Cerbo GX to install… Looks like I will need to get after doing that sooner than I anticipated. Thank you.

How about the dynamic current limiter? You can configure that in VEconfigure and I’m assuming also VictronConnect. It’s been a while since I configured an inverter in VictronConnect so I can’t be sure. This is pretty much what the feature is meant for
P.S. If you are using the generator start/stop feature of the Cerbo then I also recommend Derrick’s suggestion to the warmup timer.
That is a good point, I need to look at my programming again to see where I set it. With so much reading and learning sometimes I forget where I set a setting. I am using a 5500 Watt Onan, and the dynamic current limiter had an explanation/example using an inverter generator. There is a very good possibility that I have DCL turned off!
