We just had a new system installed. I had a MP II and Power Watchdog in our previous trailer, and all was fine. This time around, though, the Watchdog says “E8, missing neutral” and won’t pass power. Currently I’m not using the Watchdog because I need power. What’s a good workaround?
I finally heard back from Hughes, and got the workaround. Using the NEW app (blue/white face) you can disable the E8 error. Hughes still says there is a missing neutral in the trailer, but my test devices don’t agree.
Thanks for updating on this; you’re certainly not the only person to have reported the issue, but I hadn’t seen anyone post an answer from Hughes yet, so much appreciated!
