Multiplus Compact not inverting or charging

When I switch my multiplus on all the lights flash once then go out and nothing else happens. I’ve tried everything I can think of, update firmware, battery’s good, mains input good etc. . I can connect with veconnect but it just won’t switch on and work. Anyone have any ideas?
