Multiplus not inverting battery power

Hi, I am experiencing brown outs in my RV setup, it has been running perfectly for a number of years.

When this first occured, the digital multi control showed low battery, the BMV702 showed 100% battery

At the battery terminals 13.46v consistent through the lynx to the inverter.

I have 2 12/3000/120 multipluses. 1 of them has stopped passing through battery power once unplugged from shore power.

Batteries are fully charged @13.46

Volts at multiplus terminals is the same.

240v out zero.

I am not sure how that is affecting the 12v side of things but it is.

Is there an internal fuse or something I can check. Victron dealerships just want to sell me a new one which I can’t afford.

Ideas?

I’ve had a similar problem, use the connect program to view the config on the multiplus. It sounds like there’s a firmware configuration setting blocking the communication. Alternatively use your cerbo to reset the dbus. Shore power is usually configured by a virtual relay, and for some reason they like to stick, especially when using some “battery protect” settings like ess or hub4.

Thanks, I shall check.
