Multiplus 48/3000/50 doesn't start

I can't turn on my Multiplus, either in inverter mode or charger mode.
The batteries are at 95%. The system is powered by a 6.5 kWh 48-volt LG Chem battery.
I tried turning on the Multiplus (48/3000/50) using both the MK3, connecting it to the laptop's USB cable,
and the Venus GX, but it still refused to turn on via Victron Connect, although it recognized it correctly.
In the past few days, it would turn on occasionally only if certain startup sequences were followed.

Now, however, the inverter no longer turns on (sometimes, a few LEDs come on randomly).

Do you have any ideas or suggestions?
I'm a technician, so I think I understand something, but now I don't know what to do since I don't have a wiring diagram.
I checked the two fuses inside the 220V input, but they're fine.

A request… Could you edit your text and post it in readable full text… :innocent:

Main switch set to “I” and connection to the battery checked… Fuses and, if applicable, the BMS… if you use one.
GX and MK3 do not work together on the VE bus… this could cause problems.
What are the configurations for your voltages… the Multi may shut down due to “undervoltage” if configured incorrectly…
