Multiplus Compact 2000 had been working flawlessly, then the other day I connected to shore power, turned on the water heater and fridge and noticed on the Cerbo screen it was pulling around 2000 watts when the system suddenly shutdown. For some reason the shore power breaker tripped, which I reset, but ever since I am having issues with the inverter not working properly. The Cerbo screen shows a low battery voltage warning when the inverter is turned to “on”. I had the batteries charged and load tested at a local battery supply company and the batteries are fine. There is no blown fuses or loose connections, no smells, nothing obvious to the untrained eye. I am new to the world of lithium with only a very basic understanding of the system. My system consists of;
2- Victron 160amp/hr lithium Smart batteries
Lynx 1000 power distributor
Multiplus Compact 2000w at 120v
VE bus BMS
Orion dc-dc charger
Victron Smart Solar MPPT controller
Victron shunt
Victron Mains detector
Cerbo GX
Any thoughts on a possible cause or where to go with further trouble shooting?
Any and all help is greatly appreciated.
Best regards,
