Is it possible to place setup as such ? where the L3 is provided by multiplus in UPS mode

Yes it is possible.
You can setup this in VE.Bus system configurator.
By the way the wiring to Cerbo GX is on one single VE.Bus string.

I would add that the specific option you want to disable (uncheck the box) is switch as group in VE.Bus System Configurator. This should allow two phases to connect.
But that doesn’t work in combination with ESS (if you have such a system).

Just want to use a single phase and convert to 3 phase
Can you really disable switch group with 3phase system? Wouldn’t that case issue/damage to 3phase machines on other side ?
The switch as group affects the AC inputs. But @M_Lange is correct that it doesn’t work with ESS. I’m in the USA and I forget that the rest of the Victron world gets to use ESS
