Multiplus 2 not charging my 300ah lead acid batteries

hi i cannot get my multiplus 2 48/5000 to charge my 4x aquamarina 300ah lead acid batteries from mains power. ive been running off mains power for two weeks and only run a couple of pumps from the batteries, i only got the cable to set up the inverter this week and when i connected the inverter to my computer and set it up for lead acid i could see my batteries SOC was at 41% and when the charger switched onto bulk charge it doesnt charge and ive tested the batteries while on bulk and theyre only at 12.4v. also its been in bulk mode for 24hrs now and i know its shouldnt take that long. im unsure of which settings i need to make this work can anyone help?

thanks

please post your existing settings, then this can be looked into…

AC1 input is 17A, charge current is 30A, absorbtion volt is 55.20v, float 54v, inverter output 230v, state of charge when bulk finished is 85%. battery capacity is 1200ah, charge efficiency 1, ground relay on, low SOC shutdown 0.5-0.5, AES on, connect when SOC below 75%, connect when battery below 49v, disconnect AC input on absorption finish. if you need any other settings please specify

thanks

You have a 48V Multiplus, so I assume your 4 300Ah batteries are connected properly in series so the battery capacity is 300Ah so that 1200Ah setting is wrong. When you said the batteries were at 12.4V presumably you measured these individually.

Confirm that you have the charger settings enabled.

Do you have a clamp meter to measure the battery to Multiplus current.

yes i tested each battery individually the lowest is 12.4 and highest is 12.6. i do not have a clamp meter and the charger settings are enabled
