My mppt75/15 seems to be connected properly. Showing battery voltage at 12.6v and solar panel voltage at 21.0v. led is blue showing bulk charge but display is showing no charge - 0 watts. I have turned on equipment that will draw power and still no charging . I have checked polarity at the connections and all fuses.
What should I do next? I know that the solar panels work as I just replaced my old controller which was working ok.
