MPPT 150/100 #40 Internal Error code

Good day!

I’ve got three 500W solar panels with two solar controllers working to provide lithium recharge.

1000W is feeding into an MPPT 150/85 and works great. The remaining 500W feeds into a MPPT 150/100 controller and has just recently errored off to a #40 internal error code and doesn’t reset. Then that is followed up with controller is lost code of #65. What diagnostics can I run to discover the cause of the faults. Or is the controller or Panel lost?

Have you updated all firmware? Are they both programmed the same?
What are the other system components?
