Having trouble getting my new solar charger to turn on. Every shows as it should on the App, solar pv voltage is around 24v, circuit breaker is new and battery voltage is around 12v.

Even tried removing the little dip switch and set to battery life but still nothing.

Any tips to fix my issue would be appreciated.

In the app you can often click on a phrase / button “Why is the charger off” to find more info.

Garb a screenshot of the charger performance and setting to give us a clue.

Measure the voltage on the terminals of the MPPT and report these.
