MP II 6K5 does not detect the grid

My MP II 6K5 don’t see the grid even circuit breaker is up and the power arrive to the inverter. How can i solve this?Firmware version is 570.TIA

Have you actually measured directly at the Multi’s AC In terminals to check whether 230 V is coming through?

Are you using a grid meter, or is the Multi itself the grid sensor?

Is the Multi supposed to connect to the grid / ESS, or only when the battery needs charging?

235v,no… itself,ESS& battery charging

Silly question … Have you connected L and N the right way round too?

Have you installed the ESS Assistant, and is the “ESS” menu item also in the Remote Console?

yes&yes…now it’s connected,after 1h

Did you perhaps use a particular Gridcode … that made it take so long … or is something unusual going on with your power grid at the moment  … but glad it’s working now … unusual, but okay :+1:

I use the grid code for my country(România)…i know that usually it take more less time. Thanks for reply !

Look at the views in the Advanced tab.

There you can see the data from the connected grid, even if it is being ignored.

If you don’t see grid data in Advanced, it isn’t reaching the MultiPlus II. But if you see data in Advanced and not in the dashboard tab, then you are connected, but the grid is being ignored for some reason.

I hope that makes sense. I’ve prepared some screenshots to make it clearer.

As you can see, the grid isn’t shown as connected on the main screen, but it is in Advanced.
This happens if you’re in inverter-only mode, if you have an Assistant or Virtual Switch configured to ignore the grid, or even if the grid voltage is too low or too high and exceeds the values set in VE.configure or those specified by the configured grid code.

Thi is in Advanced…
