My customer wants the microgrid firmware for 2627, 500 series.

Will this be forthcoming?

firmware is only available for units that support microgrid.
As a highly advanced configuration, iit is also important to note that it is not intended for DIY setups and should be encouraged for professional and experienced installers.

There’s something I’m not getting…
2627 is the MultiPlus-II 48/10000/140-100
The link you shared above shows ‘all MP-II’

Or are we just not finding it in ‘Professional’

Thanks for the report, it has now been corrected and the 2627 Microgrid firmware is available on Victron Professional.
