Ĺynx 1000 no longer sends battery readings

Hello community,

I’ve suddenly stopped receiving any readings from the Lynx Shunt 1000. Only the charging voltage is displayed now.

The only thing shown is the word “idle” and the current charging voltage.

I disconnected the Cerbo GX from the power supply and restarted it, but that didn’t help.

The green LED on the Lynx 1000 is lit.

The charging voltage is showing 54.22 V and the charging power is approx. 11 kW, but the charging current and SOC are no longer displayed.

Can anyone give me a tip on what I can do?

Hello Victron community,

The Lync Shunt 1000 started working again after I disconnected the power from the board at the shunt. Afterwards, the shunt re-registered on the CAN bus, but it still wasn’t displaying the SOC.

I waited until the charging voltage reached 56 V and then manually synchronised it to 100%.

Everything is working again now.
