Low Battery on the quattro inverter 48v

We are in Togo WEST Affrica ! Our Quattro Inverter 48 Volt/10000/140AMP flashing Low Battery . When we plugged the MK3 USB, It also says 5 volts is coming in but we do know that it is the 55 V that the battery is showing that is coming in! We measured it ! we tried many things but the system is not working. Are ther any advices on the programming as well? In our system we do have :

  • 25 Solar panels
  • The inverter
  • the charger MPPT RS /450 / 200
  • THE EKRANO
  • 2 BATTERIES EG4
  • The Grid

PLEASE WHAT TO DO NOW? Please I need help!

Not a solution but a question: Did you measure 55V on the Quattro terminals?

As above, do check the voltage on the battery terminals of the Quatro, also all batteries, cables and fuses in the system.

Yes, I did measure the 55 V on the quattro terminal!

The voltage are 55v on both EG4 Batteries!

I did not have fuses in the system!

Do you still see the Quatro on the Erkano monitor? Go to ‘devices’ and see if there is a remove disconnected devices button. If so press it and see if the Quatro is connected or not. Seems likely that you will need a new one / repair.

Also, please remember to put fuses of appropriate size in the +ve feeds from the battery to protect the equipment & cables.

I had a similar error. It turned out my quattro had a problem. The entire board had to be replaced. Make sure you have done the pre-rma bench test to the extent possible. A Victron dealer can do it for you: https://www.victronenergy.com/upload/documents/Pre-RMA_bench_test_instructions/114199-Pre-RMA_bench_test_instructions-pdf-en.pdf
