Looking for a place to talk about pylontech batteries?

because 2 of my 8 pylontech us3000c shut-down on low consumption for whatever reason.
If consumption goes below 300W both “shut-down”, when consumption goes up 350W+ both batteries come back. serial-number for the 6 working batteries starts with Kxxxxx , the other 2 batteries have serial-number that starts with Yxxxxxx.

Maybe it is a firmware issue, is there a way or some place that can tell from serial-number which firmware is installed?

Any idea where to look?
