Lithium SuperPack 12,8V specs and max current discharge

Dear all,
My off-grid setting:
2x 12,8V/60Ah Superpack SERIEL
1x MPPT
1x 450W PV
1x Phoenix 24/3000
Very little space available

Use : Offgrid for recreational use (lightning and SOMETIME a waterboiler max 2000W for a tee or so)

Problem: system shut down when connecting a 1800W waterboiler.

I just checked the Victron specs and realized (https://www.victronenergy.com/upload/documents/Datasheet-12,8V-&-25,6-Lithium-SuperPack-EN-.pdf)
– The batteries can be connected in parallel. Series connection is not allowed.

I never noticed that on any shop or provider. Is it really to be considered ? My pack is 2x 12,8V SERIEL !

– Max current discharge 30A : so the shut down is clear and normal, unfortuneltly!

I am looking for a possible solution:
Du to cable cross section, 12V option (Battery //) not possible anymore

NG LFP 24V ?

Any hint?
Thank you

You already know the problem and solution.

Replace the batteries with units that can be wired in series and handle discharge currents of 100a.

Or keep your batteries in parallel and replace the inverter, water boiler, and possibly the mppt.
