Issue During Victron MultiPlus Compact 2000VA Update

Hi everyone,

Has anyone experienced this problem: While updating, the batteries of a Victron MultiPlus Compact 2000VA were accidentally disconnected, causing the update to fail and leaving the device locked?

Any solutions or suggestions to fix it?

there is a program called VE flash that might help. I’ve never tried this.
Alternative would be to replace the control board.
