Isolation Transformer leakage current and isolation

Hi everyone,

I am looking for information regarding the leakage current and isolation voltage of the isolation transformer, in particular for the 3600W models (ITR040362041 / ITR040362042).

In the context of medical devices or laboratory equipements, systems have maximum limit regarding earth leakage current and touch leakage current (few µA). To protect against electrical shock the isolation transformer isolation is tested up to a certain voltage, for example 4kV between primary and secondary, and 1.5kV between secondary and the enclosure of the transformer.
I did not find any mention of theses measures in the manual, does anyone know if theses tests have been performed ? or has experience in using victron isolation transformer in laboratory or medical devices ?

Thanks,

The only way would be to add an medical transformer in your system to be sure system leakage is below a certain mA range.
But you are talking about uA range, this sort of isolation should your BF or CF device capable to handle, an good AC isolation is only a backup isolation and not the main safety!

Victron iso are not listed, and are not listed or designed to be used in your application.
