Isolated vs non isolated

Hi, I want to know if there´s something wrong here in the scheme. I plan to take 12v from my 24V system with a Orion TR 24/12, and take the posibility of charge the 24v system batteries with the vehicle alternator.

Due the lack of Orion XS 1400 isolated version, i redefine the design to a shared negative ground for 12v and 24v. , and a non isolated Orion TR Smart 24/12 as a downstep.

It should work. Make sure your chassis connections are sound and in an area free from corrosion, this is a common issue. On the 12V appliances is there any surge current that might exceed the Orion’s capability, if so you will need a buffer battery.
