Does this just display the performance or can you adjust all the inverter settings though it as well?

I’m sorry I wasn’t clear, it looks like the right tags were not inserted. What I’m referring to is the Android Display interface for the Cerbus GX.

I don’t know what that means (new to Victron) but can you use it to configure virtual switches like change AC Out 2 to stay on above 10v?

No, you can’t change settings.
You need to use a MK3 interface or VRM remote config.
