HELP: I have a travel trailer with two MultiPlus 3000 in split phase. I am on 50A service and there is no charging of the batteries. What could be wrong?
I have been Boondocking a lot, but it has been over a month since I had a generator hooked to the system. A few weeks ago, I opened up the compartment the whole system is in, and something went wrong—I’m not sure what—the Smart Battery Protect was not shutting off. I pulled the data input, and it started behaving correctly.
I know power is coming in because the Hughes 50 Amp Voltage Booster with Surge Protection is showing all green lights.
I do have access to VE Connect software, is there anything in there I should be looking at?
I would like to resolve this because I am only on 50 amps for about 12 hours and would like to top off my batteries.
I got into VE Configure 3 and both MultiPlus 3000 are configured this way with the exception that Ground relay is unchecked on L2
