Impossible to process "Forgot Password"

Hi all,

I tried to reset my password on the VRM platform today and ran into what looks like a UI bug.

  • When I type into the “Password confirmation” field, it overwrites the content of the “Password” field.
  • After submitting, I see an error banner at the bottom, but no error message is displayed.
  • I’ve tested this with multiple devices (Windows, MacOS, iOS, Android), different browsers (Chrome, Safari), including incognito mode, and the issue persists.

I also tried clearing cache and disabling my password manager, but no change.

Is anyone else experiencing this issue?
And is there a workaround in the meantime, or should I contact support directly?

There are other errors as well. Some of my clients have added me as an admin to assist with trouble shooting, and I get an error as well. Been doing this since yesterday. Took a screenshot of the error. My colleague is experiencing the same error when trying to assist clients.
