I have brought a second-hand system but can’t contact the original owners.
Is there any way to change it to my account.
If you make a request for access to the installation (so go ahead like you are registering a new one) the original owners are contacted.
If there is no response then create an official support request with the serial number of the gx

I ended up using an auto electrician to fix the system as it was not correctly installed from new. He contacted Vectron and now every thing is running perfectly and I have access to the system.
