I have brought a second hand system but can't change it to my account

I have brought a second-hand system but can’t contact the original owners.

Is there any way to change it to my account.

If you make a request for access to the installation (so go ahead like you are registering a new one) the original owners are contacted.

If there is no response then create an official support request with the serial number of the gx
