I want to install a dedicated second alternator to charge this battery bank. It was recommended to me a 24V alternator any recommendations?
Everything in the unit is under Victron
Where are you located? In North America I would recommend a Zeus alternator and Zeus alternator controller from Arco Marine. I don’t know if their products are available globally or not.

Victron does not make an alternator regulator. Are you talking about an Orion? That is a DC-DC charger and does not control the field strength of an alternator, primary or secondary.
Give me a call and I can explain and refer you to a different distributor who can discuss the Zeus and sell it to you. My company hasn’t installed enough of them to confidently help you with remote installation and configuration. We can’t post contact information here so you need to do a little sleuthing

I don’t know any specific installers in Philly, but Arco Marine https://arcomarine.com is the company that manufactures the Zeus and they should be able to get you in touch with a Zeus distributor in that general area, who could then point you in a more specific direction.
