I had knstall Jinko batteries with Victron inverter. But their is a Dc power which is displayed at a
Please elaborate a bit more with a clear diagram of the specific components you installed e.g. energy meters, charging stations, MPPTs(?) etc.
Something is afoot. where is all the pv power going?
We need more details about your system, we can’t help with just two screenshots.
Disable the “Has DC system” from System → System Setup and see if the powers are shown correctly.
I tried that.
If you disable the Has Dc, you will see the much power from the pv but what is going to batteries and consumption is too low compared to production.
Are all of your batteries reporting to the Cerbo, people have had missing power when they have multiple batteries in parallel but only 1 battery reports current to the Cerbo because the batteries have not been set in the correct master / slave set up or they can not be combined into a single bank.
Did you ever solve your issue? It would be great to find out for the benefit of the community
Hi Brian.
No i didn’t, the issue seems to be at batteries side, it could be bms do not recognise all batteries, we are trying to solve their side first then we record this issue for future ref.
