I don’t receive text message notifications from VRM on my iPhone

I have an iPhone 14!and can’t get VRM text notifications messages. I went into my settings and authorized all the permissions to allow notifications but I still do not get text messages on notification for the VRM app. I do get email notifications but just not the text any ideas

VRM does not send text messages however it does send notifications but as far as I know you need the VRM app on your phone to get notifications.

On the VRM notification app it looks like it gives two options one for an email and the other four mobile push notifications, which I assume is a text

No, this is not a text. You need the VRM app on your mobile and be logged in to your VRM account to get the notifications. The VRM app has to have permission to display notifications. I am Android so I do not know the iPhone specifics of permissions.

Great thank you for the help next I think I’ll try to do the cell phone email to text set up and see if that’ll send a text to my phone. I.e. 1234567890@ @tmomail.net
