How to get audible alarm for low SoC on Cerbo / Ekrano GX?

Hello,

I have Ekrano GX device managing my Lithium BMS NG and Lithium NG Battery bank, using v3.75.

I have configured the relays to act as bilge alarm, and added an external sounder, and those alarms work perfectly both with an on screen alert, audible alarm through the sounder, and emails from VRM.

Now, how can I get an audible alarm from the Ekrano when Low SoC is reached? Presently I receive the on Screen notification and the VRM emails and notifications, but no audible alarm

There were some reports a while back of audible alarm glitches on the new GUI; try rebooting the Ekrano and seeing if that resolves it, and if no joy try reverting to the Classic GUI, enabling the alarm, and then switching back into the new GUI.
