Problem with my Cerbo gx and the starting battery alarm

I don’t understand why the cerbo gx shows a low start battery alarm even though the battery is given at 13.8v in the smartshunt?

During crank? You can set the alarm limit.

thank you for your response, can you tell me where is the voltage limit adjustment is located please

Bluetooth or Victron connect should get you to the device settings.

Change these to something that doesn’t normally trip during crank.
