How to find the IMEI for GL520

Hi
I have a GL520 for an off-grid location in USA. The only cell coverage at this location is from Verizon. The built in 1nce SIM won’t connect so I am trying to set up a Verizon SIM which needs the GL520’s IMEI. How can I find this? I’ve seen a comment that the VRM portal ID is the IMEA, but Verizon rejects that as an incorrect format. It expects a 15 digit number with no alpha characters, for example 123 456 789 012 345.
Thanks in advance.
David

Hey David. I am NEW here and my first post. I too just purchased a used GL520 and having issues. When talking to telecom firms they seem to have NO clue what I am talking about. I did read someplace that Verizon was not supporting LTE-M so you may need to call them. I have a Ince SIM also and I know T-mobile / AT&T uses a ICCID for the SIM itself which I believe ALL SIMs have. When talking with Verizon, ASK them for a technician, someone in their 5G area since those guys have a bit more training. In my case, I believe my problem is two fold. One buying a used GL520 as it may be locked out of the VRM portal without an administrator release and two, the possibility that the 1NCE data is expired. I plan to order a new SIM card and test again. So TRY the ICCID on Verizon to see if it works. IMEI is usually tied to a phone and an account…I think that maybe the issue too!
