thank you for your feedback. As expected, Victron and the battery with Pylon Protocol work well.
Everything is fine now. One cell was damaged, it dropped from 34% to 9% when discharging, causing this behaviour. Replaced the battery, everything works nicely again.
We are happy with the variant with the BYD blade cells in there.
