High Idle Wattage 48v/10000/120V Quattro

Having a very hard time with a new Quattro2 Unit. this is a very large 10k and the idle zero load wattage is 2x higher than the spec sheet (60w) currently coming in at 135w. I believe this is a faulty unit, but he sales vendor has taken now over a month to confirm this with Victron. I’m concerned this process is going to drag on forever. This is an offgrid setup and 135 wattage is considered unacceptable for this project.

Load from unit measured via clamp and shunt and in parity.

I"m not the first apparently to have this issue with larger units
(search reddit and the old community board, both have numerous posts)

Also BTW, please please don’t waste time responding with AES/search/etc. I know how to configure a device and the issue is an appliance not meeting specified published load ranges, (btw AES is 73w which is also out of spec for this device)

Thanks!

Do you really mean Quattro II? Doesn’t exist yet (or any time soon) according to Victron price list, only the original Qauttro – there’s a Multiplus II 48/10000 but only 230Vac…

Sorry yes this one
