How old are the batteries? How deep and often are they cycled each day?
If you aren’t experienced with these systems I would find a new company to help you.
High voltage alarms, there are many topics on this subject available via searching, can have a number of causes, from poor charging, to failing cells - something far too common on older pylontech batteries.
To diagnose this you will need some experience and help from pylontech - once you are sure nothing has changed.
The pylon config guide is here:
You can also pull advanced charts from VRM for cell/min max voltages etc.
If you don’t have the required technical background it can be a steep learning curve and may be better off starting here: https://www.victronenergy.com/where-to-buy
First, check which charging voltage the BMS is sending to the Cerbo (CVL). It’s probably set to the value that also triggers the high-voltage alarm, as was the case with my battery when it left the factory.
Usually, limiting the charging voltage to 51.4V in DVCC should help.
Edit: Corrected the voltage following a valid objection from @dennibu
This pylontech balances it’s cells already at 50.4 (in the book) to 50.47V (practical), every 0.15V higher is 0.01V higher for all cells, so, Nico needs a specialist, as we see that it is to much for him to do that himself…that’s why we are looking for a service guy close to him…
I used to get this message popping up sometimes for no reason, even when the batteries weren’t at 100%. It started after a Venus OS update. It disappeared with the next update. I can’t be sure your problem is the same, but it can’t hurt to update Venus OS to the latest version.
