It states unsupported gx device, is that normal or a bug? Anyone else noticed this?

Not sure. Somehow the software doesn’t recognise its product type / model.
Could you enable remote support?

Hi, apologies for the delay! No, we checked and can’t reproduce it. Also now when I open Remote console of your system via VRM, it says that its a Cerbo GX.
You still see it? how then do you access it?
system with serial number ending with KP ?

Yes i have a cerbo from start with this installlation, serial is correct too
vrm app on iphone 15, ios 17.02, latest vrm app version
(Vrm app, console, new ui, settings, general, mofification checks)
Just tested it in chrome on pc, there i see its ok and no errors
Also on iphone se3 ios 16.0.3 latest vrm app is also ok
Looks like an ios version issue?
