Hi members, I have install a 5kW multiplus with ESS install, as soonn as the sunrise or in daytime Grid is normally working as intended, but as soon as the sun began to set or in the afternoon Grid lost alarm appears.
What is the reasons or can any expert solve this for me??
Is the grid still there though?
If it is what is the voltage like? I have found in many cases because many grid get a higher load at that time of day the supply voltage actually sags a bit.

Yes Grid is live there, why does it ignores every afternoon?
Check the voltage Vs your grid code
You can usually, with a mk3 and veconfigure, check the NS log in the grid tab. It stores the last 3 or so reasons for grid rejection/loss.
Typically this is a bad grid exceeding grid code thresholds, the timing might be a coincidence, or as a result of changing usage patterns putting some form of stress on the grid.
There isn’t enough detail here to do anything other than guess.
Add some details about your system, charts, configuration etc.
The first time I have configure the system, I set my SOC at 15%, and I discharge the batteries to that limit and ESS kicks in. But when its sunset my Grid actually lost

Ah yes. There is a need for balance. Lookup using scheduled charge so you can keep the battery full and discharge when it is convenient
Why don’t you create some graphs in vrm on e.g. acin voltage, battery voltage etc. to look at the trends. Also without a duration set you might as well disable the charge schedule.

You can set it even during the day for example,
Start time 8:00am. Duration 12 hours, use PV only.
Your battery will then fully charge and stay charged during that time. If the solar is lacking then possibly there will be more grid use.
