we have an interesting Problem with one of our installations. At night, a ghost PV inverter can be seen in the VRM portal. It happens every night.
The PV inverter shuts down completely when there is no solar production. In all other installations, the inverter disappears from the DBUS and the “PV Inverter” tile disappears from the VRM portal until the inverter starts producing again the next morning.
In the “Ghost” case it disappears from the DBUS but something is still shown in the portal.
Of course I did check if there are any other inverter device in VRM Portal. There are no. I did also check the settings.xml to see if there are any other inverters. Also no.
The attached screenshot is from end of April 22:09 local time. And there was definately no solar production.
Does anyone have ssen this bevor? Any help is welcome.
It is never ok during nighttime. During the day is fine. But when the sun is going down and the inverter stops producing you will still see some production and the card is still there. You can compare the behaviour for exmaple with VRM Portal - Victron Energy or VRM Portal - Victron Energy. These two installations are exactly the same setup.
