I have my generator connected to relay one on my Cerbo GX it used to start my generator and stop my generator with no problems. I haven’t changed anything, but now it will only start my generator. It will not turn it off. Any help with this would be appreciated.

Do you have any information about the generator and the wiring to it… are there any other components in between?
The problem can’t actually be with the Cerbo, since the relay is switching here. Otherwise, the generator wouldn’t start.
If you have the generator running and you unplug Relay 1… and the generator doesn’t stop, it MUST be a problem with the relay circuit.
You may have a timing component in the circuit designed to prevent the generator from shutting down too quickly … for example, the generator needs to reach operating temperature before it shuts down again too soon.
Since all the 4 relays are time relays, I think a timing component is preventing the shutdown.
So how are you going to stop the generator now? Otherwise, the Onan’s shutdown relay might be faulty.
I can shut the generator off with the switch inside the camper. I do think it might be a relay as well, but I have not changed any of them. I’m going to talk to my electrician Friend when I get home and hopefully he can help me test the relays.
