Hi we have a problems to start and stop generator using the Cerbo GX C00A

On the main screen we see that the generator is running but no battery charging ( generator is in reality not running) On the controls screen we can see that generator is stopped.
@Akromex what happens if you use the controls to switch the generator on and off. Does it resume and tell the truth or does it still say it is running?

Did id work fine one time or is it the first time you try the automatet Gen Start?
Is your Generator made for remote start?
It’s al corect wired from the Generator to the Relais of the Cerbo and ist it also properly configured on the Cerbo?
