Generator Running during cool down period but does not shed loads

Here is the link to my other issue. They may or may not be related.

I am currently living in the desert in Nevada and run the generator daily for battery recharge.

Today, Monday, I followed the instructions to do a clean install of the Venus OS v3.54 software. I had a 3 minute cool down period programmed into the software. The generator was started on a SOC run condition. It was scheduled to stop at an 85% SOC value. When the generator stopped, the load o the generator was about 55%. The fresh install of software has not corrected the warm up/cool down features advertised in the software.

I still have the question as to how does the software unload the generator? My unload method, while clunky, worked by using assistants to tell the inverters to ignore the AC input. How does the Venus OS v3.54 tell the Multiplus II to ignore the AC input thereby taking the load off of the generator? Is this feature actually working with other Multiplus-II 24/3000/70-50 2x120V running two in parallel? I can see on the GUI when the cooldown period is supposed to be running, but the load on the generator does not change. When I used the assistants, the generator unload resulted in a generator load on zero watts, not 4k to 5k watts.
