Gateway - DESS error code: No matching schedule available

Hello,

Starting from today there’s an error in VRM:

“Gateway - DESS error code: No matching schedule available”.

Anybody has the same issue?

Yes - same issue. I have checked the date / time in my GX and checked all firmware up to date.

Yes, many times. It’s coming on my three systems. It’s very frustrating to see the DESS will not start even the schedule plan shows selling at that time.
I would really like to have manual control of selling, like the schedule charging just opposite.

Btw It would help if you mention the VRM id or dashboard id when reporting. Searching for that isn’t always easy.

Is it safe to share VRM id here?

I don’t see why not, but do understand the hesitance. Others can only access your VRM site with your email and password (which you shouldn’t share). Victron employees do have rights to check logging of the sites. But we do need the VRM id or the dashboard number for checking the correct logs.

Thanks. By the looks of it your system has a fully filled schedule until tomorrow at the moment. On Monday we’ll further investigate why the alarm showed on your site.

Only @SimonGrey 's system is currently without a schedule. Took a look at it, but it seems to be something more complex than is solvable right now. So I am afraid that will also have to wait until Monday.

Hi,

When I add a schedule for charge restrictions the alarm is triggered, but everything works fine if I disable it (VRM portal id: c0619ab5e69b).

Any clue?

Got the same Error: No matching schedule…
But everything is working fine. in my settings it is not allowed to sell energy. any ideas?

Are you using node red and DESS? Look into the Palette and update the victron modules.

I have installed the Large Image, but did not use NodeRed.

That was a good hind. I now installed the „small“ Image without node red and the error is gone. Thx.

Would be great of you could make the alarm „actionable“, e.g. add a link into the mail to a resource with issue analyzes and possible solutions

I’ve got the same like 20 mins ago. Fixed by disable and than enable DESS. But there is new firmware just published, might be related (VRM update might happen same time when firmware was published that interrupted some services)

No, problem did not fixed. Continuously receiving same alert.

Same issue here, two installations

Seems that everything is working fine, but the same error since some minutes ago. Do we have any official note about this alarm? thanks a lot!
