Strange behavior since DST is no longer the case.
VRM forecast shows solar from 7 AM, but sunrize is at 7:31.
My guess is there is a 1 hour shift?

It doesn’t even look like a forecast.
A year ago I could count on this. No idea why it is so bad today in predictions?
